So, we were on an IRC channel and I brought up the topic of Kefka being the Troll of the Dissidia cast, this spawned off a couple of possibilities which I would like you all to expand on.

Dissidia Cast on the Intarwebs:

WoL: Lawful-Good Forum Goer. Defends n00bs from flamers with his Shield of Light. Often the initiator of online projects. Infallible except to the Garland.

Firion: Website designer. Best works include the "Wild Rose theme" for all platforms.

Onion Knight: Self-Righteous Kid on the internets who defends his points with utmost fervor. Picks a fight with everyone because he thinks he's always right. Thinks Wikipedia is the absolute truth.

Cecil: The member that comes in with atrocious spelling, flaming the hell out of everyone until he suddenly goes through a bizarre process called puberty, becoming an eloquent, well-spoken individual. Who wears lipstick.

Bartz: The copycat. Steals forum signatures, banners, avatars all over the interwebs. Also wanted in 32 different countries for Credit Card fraud.

Terra: The n00b. Initially starts out with a small blog about puppies and kittens, posting cute .gifs everywhere until she is infected by a trojan. Kefka then takes over her computer and posts naked pictures of her everywhere, scarring her permanently.

Cloud: Posts at least five times daily on his Livejournal. Thinks his life sucks.

Squall: Lurker. Joined: 1992, Posts: 0. Also enjoys Facebook. Notifications (37): Squall has just talked to your wall.

Zidane: Horny teenager, frequents chatrooms looking for girls asking for A/S/L and hookups.

Tidus: Cloud's only Livejournal friend. Spends his time whining about his alcoholic father and broken family.

Garland: Channel Moderator. Instead of kicking you for spamming, he knocks you down.

Emperor: Webmaster. However, leaves trojans and spyware all over his site, lagging your CPU to death.

Cloud of Darkness: MySpace whore, spends her time posting half-nude pictures of herself online.

Golbez: A 43-year old man living in his mom's basement. Nobody knows who he is under that mask. Closet pedophile.

ExDeath: Abusive forum moderator. Picks fights and attempts to counter everyone's points, even on their own threads. Main aim is to send all bad topics to Off-Topic.

Kefka: Internet troll. Posts memes from /b/ and frequently mentions mudkipz. Rickrolls 27 people per minute. Is the new face of Anon.

Sephiroth: Typical forum spammer. After being banned, he comes back repeatedly using different IP addresses.

Ultimecia: MILF. Need I say more?

Kuja: Transvestite looking for love on Craigslist. States gender as "Female" to fool unsuspecting guys.

Jecht: Chuck Norris. He's all over the internet.

Shantotto: Programmer. Unrivalled in 1337 skillz. Gets a kick out of calling everyone n00bs.

Gabranth: Ragequitter. Hatred is what drives him. Screams into the headset when he loses, very susceptible to fffffffFFFFFFUUUUUUUU-

Just a small note for HiroC, Okki and Onosaka-san's fans!

As many of you know, to watch Osha5 you will have to pay (unless you manage to get downloads of course) around USD$1.30 per episode. (If you are wondering, Osha5 is an one hour program now hosted by Kamiya Hiroshi, Okiayu Ryoutarou and Onosaka Masaya.)

But for the upcoming 1st of Jan, 2010, which so happens to fall on a Friday, K'z Station will be letting audience watch Osha5 for free. All you need to have is an account which is free to sign up, and then you could access it. There are also other programs, like on Tuesdays we have Mamo, and his program is free of charge this week. All you need is to have an account before you could get the play button.

Programs are updated on their respective days at 10am. So if you need entertainment on the 1st, especially fans of the three Aoni guys, do take this opportunity and check the site out. :)

I don't post a lot, but since the announcement of GS3, I've been searching like mad for info, and I just can't resist sharing with you guys~ (for some reason, it kinda feels like I'm spamming...?)

Well, since hiroki_chan kindly posted the TMGS3 scans from B's Log february, I tried translating one of the pages with my almost non-existent japanese knowledge (and some help of the chinese bloggers). Nothing new here, just some interesting stuff about the guys

As you can see, I'm biased with Ruka xD I can't help it! He's like the love-child of my two favorite characters!
But I like Tamao, too~ Meganes are love, and he's no exception! I hope there's a side of him we can see after we date him (because right now he seems kinda dull, way too gentle for my tastes)
And Fujiyama (refuses to call him again by his name), what am I going to do with you? I've never been a fan of sporty types (except for Shiba...and partly it was Nakai's fault as well) but him being simple minded kinda caught my attention xD. I'll probably go for him la

Not sure how many of you are competitive enough or into that sorta thing, but there's currently an online Dissidia Tournament going on (through Ad-hoc party) in the Dissidia Forums. It's also stupidly called "Get Salty".

Sign-ups are still open (till the 30th of Dec - tourney itself starts 3rd of Jan) for those interested in duking it out with some amazing players, but otherwise you can just kinda follow up on some really exciting matches that have yet to come. The last tournament was an absolute blast and turned out super well.

And if you aren't interested in entering a tourney, I may as well bring up the question of friendly online play amongst this community: I remember someone bringing it up a couple of months back already, but we never got anything arranged?

Basically there are two ways to play online:

+ Ad-Hoc Party
+ xLink Kai

For Ad-hoc Party, the most common method, you need a PS3 with a wired connection. As for xLink Kai I am unaware of the exact details (if just that you need a computer, rofl) but if anyone needs them I could try and get that sorted.

It's also possible to play against each other regardless of which version you have, but at a price - tasty, tasty lag. I myself have battled against some American folks with my EU version.
